Our philosophy is simple: We do not collect more information than necessary.

• Website: We do not use intrusive tracking cookies. We may use anonymous analytics tools (like Vercel Analytics) to understand how our site is performing (e.g., page views, loading speeds). This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
• Applications: Our apps are designed to process data locally on your device whenever possible. If an app requires an account (like Das Artikel), we only store the essential data needed for the app to function (e.g., your progress, vocabulary lists, email address for login).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect solely to:

• Provide and maintain our services.
• Improve the functionality of our apps.
• Respond to your feedback or support requests.

We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to operate our business. These providers have their own privacy policies:

• Vercel: For website hosting and analytics.
• Apple App Store & Google Play Store: For application distribution and payment processing.
• Supabase: For authentication and database services (used in apps requiring login).

4. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data:

• In-App Deletion: Most of our apps with user accounts include a "Delete Account" option within the settings menu. Using this feature will permanently remove your account and data from our servers immediately.
• Manual Request: If you cannot access the app or prefer to do it manually, you can send an email to monodotstudio@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

Note: Uninstalling the app from your device does not automatically delete your account from our servers if you created one. Please use the deletion methods above.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location (such as under GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We support these rights and provide the tools (as described in Section 4) for you to exercise them.
